Trained in post-war French informalism and classical Flemish glaze chemistry, Vaneau hand-grinds calcified limestones, crushed volcanic pozzolana, and raw Provençal iron oxides directly into purified walnut vehicle. Each canvas is laid horizontal on antique oak tables before being raised for months of vertical oxidation.

Every resident artist in our directory submits their atelier protocol to the Maison's strict material conservation code, codified under the 1954 Geneva Fine Art Archival Convention.
Complete prohibition of synthetic azo pigments, optical brighteners, or unpurified petroleum diluents. All pigments are sourced from verified geographical deposits and ground by hand.
Stretchers crafted exclusively from quartersawn European red beech or Siberian larch, featuring mortise-and-tenon joints and hand-turned hardwood corner keys for micro-tension adjustment.
Every completed canvas is framed by master gilders utilizing genuine 22K water gilding on rabbit-skin gesso and Armenian bole. Finished with 99% UV-blocking anti-reflective Optium acrylic.
An archival micro-transponder is permanently embedded into the stretcher wood. The physical wax seal and immutable digital registration ledger ensure lifelong authentication for museum curators.
Curators, foundations, museum trustees, and qualified patrons may arrange private visits to resident artist studios in Paris Montparnasse, Florence Oltrarno, or Antwerp. Full scholarly monographs and provenance registries are granted upon verification.
